Who is Ryan Worrell?

Hello! My name is Ryan, and I have been a resident of Wilmington for the past 7 years. As soon as I moved to this town, I knew that I could help the people in my community. One of my goals is to assist local landlords and property owners by relieving them of the stress that they may have due to their properties. What is RW Housing LLC?

RW Housing is a small local business located in Wilmington, North Carolina. Owned and operated by Ryan Worrell, a resident of Wilmington, NC. At RW Housing, we have two different business models that we partake in.

Rental Arbitrage- 

The first business model that we use, which we currently operate 8 different short-term rentals with, is a model known as "Rental Arbitrage". Rental arbitrage is a method of real estate investing which involves renting an apartment or home from a landlord, occasionally performing minor renovations, furnishing the property, and listing it on platforms such as Airbnb.

We've used this business model to grow our business to where it is today. And have created excellent relationships with landlords all around Downtown Wilmington!

Real Estate Investments- 

The second business model that we have just began to take part in is real estate investment services. We find local homeowners/landlords in the area that meet a variety of criteria levels. We speak with these sellers and offer them relief of these properties that may be causing unnecessary stress in their lives.
